Raspberry Chipotle Mojito anyone? This tart and spicy cocktail is great on a hot summer day (or literally any other day). Cheers!
Ingredients
- ¾ teaspoon Raspberry Chipotle Blend
- 1.5 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Demerara syrup
- 6-8 raspberries
- 15 mint leaves
- Raspberry, lime and mint crown for garnish
Directions
In a shaker, muddle raspberries, Demerara syrup, and Spiceology Raspberry Chipotle Blend.
- Add, rum, lime and mint into shaker.
- Shake vigorously and pour over ice in highball glass.
- Garnish with raspberry, lime and mint crown.
