Drink
A michelada is a beer cocktail worth taking seriously, and this version from A Cook Named Matt brings the heat with a rim dusted in Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes and earthy sumac. The result is cold, citrusy, savory, and just spicy enough to keep you coming back. Build one for the backyard or the ballgame - either way, it earns its place.
