Grilled Pineapple Yuzu Spritzer (Mocktail)

Ingredients

    Drink Ingredients

    • 4 pineapple wedges, for grilling
    • 2 oz pineapple juice
    • 1/2 oz yuzu extract
    • 1/2 tsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero
    • 1/4 tsp Spiceology Ground Sumac
    • 2 tsp agave syrup (optional)
    • 8–12 oz club soda
    • Crushed ice, as needed

    Garnish

    • 2 pineapple wheels
    • Tiny pinch of Ground Sumac
    • Optional: chili-sugar rim

    Directions

    1. Grill pineapple wedges over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized with char marks. Let cool slightly.

    2. Muddle or blend grilled pineapple wedges with the 2 oz pineapple juice until you have about 3-4 oz of juice/pulp. Strain if desired.

    3. In a glass filled with crushed ice, combine pineapple juice, yuzu extract, Smoky Honey Habanero, Ground Sumac, and agave syrup (if using). Stir to combine.

    4. If desired, rim each glass with a chili-sugar blend before filling.

    5. Top each glass with 4–6 oz of club soda. Stir gently.

    6. Garnish with a pineapple wheel and a tiny pinch of Ground Sumac. Serve immediately.
