    • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

    Directions

      Chicken Cutlets

      1. Place chicken between plastic wrap and gently pound to even ¼–½ inch thickness. Pat dry.

      2. Set up three bowls. Bowl 1: flour; Bowl 2: eggs whisked with water; Bowl 3: breadcrumbs and Spiceology Candied Bacon Sriracha seasoning.

      3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

      4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

      5. Lightly spray both sides of breaded chicken with oil.

      6. Arrange cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).

      7. Air fry at 400°F for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).

      8. Rest 2 minutes, then serve with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

      Swicy Glaze

      1. Whisk everything together in a small saucepan.

      2. Simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened.

      3. Brush or drizzle over chicken while warm.
