Creamy, buttery, and spiked with the bold heat of Spiceology Black and Bleu Rub, these mashed potatoes are the side dish that makes the whole plate better. Tangy sour cream and whole milk keep them silky-smooth while the rub builds layers of Cajun warmth and bleu cheese depth. Pull them together in 30 minutes for your next holiday spread or weeknight dinner upgrade.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 3 tablespoons Spiceology Black & Bleu Rub
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for serving
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add potato cubes to a large pot and add enough cold water to cover. Add kosher salt and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until they easily break apart when pierced with a knife. Remove from heat and drain.
- Add butter and stir to evenly distribute the butter. Mash or beat the potatoes to desired consistency. Add the sour cream and whole milk and mix together. Stir in Spiceology Black & Bleu Rub. Taste, then season with salt & pepper to your liking.
- Top with more butter before serving.
- Serve immediately.
