Bleu Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip & Buffalo Lemon Pepper Loaded Fries

Ingredients

    For the Dip

    • 2 cups Pre-Cooked Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
    • 8 oz Cream Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
    • 1 cup Cheddar, Shredded
    • 4 oz Bleu Cheese Crumbles
    • 1/2 cup hot sauce
    • 2 Tbsp Spiceology Bleu Cheese Buffalo Blend
    • 1 cup Sour Cream

    For the Loaded Fries

    • 6 oz French Fries, Crinkle
    • 2 Tbsp Spiceology Buffalo Lemon Pepper Blend
    • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
    • Celery, Small Dice for garnish
    • Bacon Bits for garnish
    • Chives for garnish
    • More Spiceology Bleu Cheese Buffalo Blend for garnish

    Directions

      Make the Dip

      1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

      2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, bleu cheese dressing, Spiceology Bleu Cheese Buffalo blend, and Black & Bleu hot sauce until smooth.

      3. Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bleu cheese.

      4. Pour into a baking dish and smooth the top.

      5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling.

      Prepare the Loaded Fries

      1. Fry, air fry or bake your French fries according to the package.

      2. Toss in a medium bowl with Spiceology Buffalo Lemon Pepper blend.

      3. Plate in an oven-safe plate or bowl.

      4. Top with the dip and cheddar cheese.

      5. Broil for 3 minutes on 500 degrees.

      6. Garnish with bacon, bleu cheese, chives, and celery.
